38/52 - Family

Family picture

This week was really themed "family". First, my mother visited me in Vienna and second, we spend another lovely day in Hinterbruehel with my aunt and uncle. As a nice surprise, I met also the "Bräuchles", my parent's childhood friends who live now in Chile.

This week my mother visited us in Vienna. Tanya left for a few days. and she came, to help me, and to simply visit. It was very nice and as always when my mother is on holiday, quite relaxing. Antonia was more than happy, and walked every morning into her bed to read some books. The first evening, we simply went out for dinner at the home restaurant "Zum Wickerl". On Saturday, we drove to Cobenzl and walked around, with a nice view to the city. We had again some nice food, pumpkins, which are in season and delicious here in the region. In the evening we met with Sonja and went - again - to eat something, this time in the restaurant Stomach. Delicious, delicious, though prices are a little stiff. Sunday started with a little special something, since Mama and me went to the Haas house and drank my pre-birthday coffee. We were a little early but still got in, so we were luckily all alone and I could unpack my camera and make some rare shots of the Stephansdom. Later, we drove to family Biasi in the Hinterbruehl and finally met also with Lizbeth, Manfred and Mädi. They have not changed at all!!! And Antonia felt soon like at home. It was a very nice visit week and a nice visit of my mom, and i missed her immidiately when i brought her to the railway station on monday.

Christina B.

Hi.

My name is Christina. Welcome to my passion and my living dream. Weddings and family occasions to me are the events which most need to be memorialized and saved in pictures. I am a mother, photographer, biologist, and a happy-go-lucky person who loves to travel and has been known to throw caution to the wind. I use my camera and my curiosity to find love, beauty, joy and humor in unexpected places. Every time I meet a new couple so crazy in love they can’t keep their eyes and hands off each other, it makes my stomach flip because I absolutely know how it feels to be that new couple. This is how I know how much it matters to have those moments captured in time. Because no matter how many years pass, when you look back at those pictures, you won’t think about all the imperfections but you will remember the love, sun’s warmth and the song that was playing in the background and the moment will come live
